Well it was when we did the weigh in!
I always go in feeling like I've gained. I had my dollar ready. But I actually lost 3.4 pounds. Making me officially 1.6 pounds from my goal weight. I'm super excited. I'm starting to be able to tell in my face.
I guess after that I'll shoot for another five pounds.
One thing I've been doing differently is tea time. Whenever I have cravings for the taste of junk food, I drink three cups of tea. Sugar included. I need to get up on Green tea though since it's supposed to speed the metabolism.
