Zucchini Risotto

Before I made this, I didn't know what risotto was. Apparently it's a short grain rice known for it's creaminess. For some reason, we had this in the cabinet so I didn't have to go looking for it in the store.

I thought that finding dried tomoatoes would be a little difficult but it wasn't. The problem was that the dried tomatoes were so salty, and the made the whole rissoto salty. It was gross! So I ended up adding more plain rice to cut down on the saltiness.

That made it taste better.

Oh well.

Still overall, I only thought it was OK!

Oh well, at least I can say I've tried a risotto!
