Zucchini Ribbons with Goat Cheese

Ah, goat cheese.

I don't remember ever eating it, but I know for a fact I have. They used goat cheese on things when I lived in Turkey. So you might get goat cheese pizza or have it topped on anything else. But for the life of me I really can't remember what it tasted like. 

So I was excited to see this recipe. I went out and bought the cheese...which is expensive by the way. And I don't like the way it tastes. But at least I felt sophisticated cooking with it. 

I must have been tired when making this  because I used ground cloves instead or red pepper. It tasted good though..minus the goat cheese.

Not bad.
