Another weird zucchini recipe. But they really are good for you. Besides that I'm still going in order from the all recipes. Just going backwards. So I have lots and lots of zucchini recipes. Sigh.
Anyway, this one sounded pretty interesting. Zucchini as a base? Whatttt?
Anyway, it doesn't taste anything like a pizza. More like quick and easy lasagna. And I quite like it.
Not enough to make again. But it certainly was unique.

I really like the veggies on top. And I'm not even a fan of mushrooms but I really didn't mind them so much in this dish.
