Another one of those weird recipes I tried to get more veggies in my system. Nowadays, I don't need these types of recipes because I eat my veggies all on my own. Kale, Spinach...you name it, I eat it no complaints.
I'm such an adult now!
But anyway, I still make a weird zucchini recipe every now and again.
These were Ok. They were like meatless nuggets designed to carry your favorite sauce. They actually weren't bad.
The best part was how they puffed up when fried. They honesty weren't bad. This is the easiest way to fry zucchini. I tried another recipe that was a complete disaster.
