Ok, so we had a weigh in today.
And I lost four pounds. WHAT!!!
I'm telling ya'll tea time works. And yes I do use sugar. Alot of sugar.
I was originally only going for two pounds. That's what professionals say is healthy. Two pounds a week. So my total weight loss since November is twenty four pounds. To make my next goal I only need to lose two pounds. I try to make my goals in two pound increments. So far so good.
