Current Hair Length (Picture)

My hair seems to have come to a real stand still in terms of length. It doesn't grow anymore (correction, it shrinks up and won't show length.)

So this is where I'm stuck at.

You can sort of see the color in it. It's growing out and I am resisting the temptation to color it again.
