This is going to be completely off topic..but I made coconut milk today! And it was so easy. And a million times better than the stuff you buy in the store. Now I'm just thinking of all the things I can make with the milk. Coconut Ice-cream....and all that good stuff. Anyway, let me stop being such a foodie and talk about this E.L.F brush.
E.L.F claims:
This new anti bacterial, synthetic haired Taklon brush is softer and more absorbent and can be used with wet or dry products. Be a professional makeup artist and create a flawless look with this e.l.f. studio brush!
I bought this in Wally World. I try to stay out of Walmart....but sometimes it's unavoidable. I love to look in the cosmetics aisles though.Anyway, I noticed Walmart now sells E.L.F which they didn't the last time I was in one (over two years ago!). I grabbed this, the stipple brush, and the flat top brush. At three dollars a piece you really can't beat that.
I love powder brushes. I don't wear much powder but for some reason I just get a lot of satisfaction from owning powder brushes.
This one was a lot smaller than I was expecting. I love the look of these brushes, they look professional and sleek. They aren't a MAC brush or a NARS brush but the quality at the three dollar price tag cannot be beat.
The actual cut is pretty basic. Most powder brushes I have seem to have a tapered shape but not this one. I don't find it affects they way you use it though. The bristles pick up product with ease and applies nicely. I can do setting powder, blush, and bronzer with ease.
For comparison: MAC 134, ELF Complexion Brush, MAC 150
Excuse how dirty it is...I didn't wash it :(
I almost forgot to mention...the bristles are nice and soft and they don't shed!
This really is a great brush for a great price! As for me I can't believe I waited so long to pick it up. For a beginner I would highly recommend picking this brush up.
