Nopalera Noche Clara Cactus Soap Review

I'm on a roll with these reviews so I shall keep on going. I only have a tiny sliver of this one left so...gotta  use it. Except I think this has been discontinued. Bummer.

Nopalera claims:

Noche Clara Cactus Soap: Artisanal Care for Body and Mind
A signature of Nopalera, Noche Clara Cactus Soap combines bold design with handmade artistry and indulgent native ingredients. Each lather delivers a sense of purpose and tranquility, perfect for both body and spirit.

Soothing Body Lather
Infused with native Mexican prickly pear cactus and luxurious plant butters, this soap deeply nourishes while purifying and exfoliating with charcoal and cactus fibers. The refreshing blend of eucalyptus and sage essential oils calms your mind and uplifts your senses.

Key Ingredients:

  • Prickly Pear Cactus: Gently exfoliates and soothes the skin.
  • Charcoal: Detoxifies by removing impurities.
  • Eucalyptus & Sage Oils: Natural antimicrobials that calm and refresh.

Experience the perfect balance of craftsmanship and care with every use.

A few years back I used their lemongrass soap. And this one is called Noche Clara which really it's a Eucalyptus scented soap.  When I first bought it, I thought it was Tea Tree. But as I used more and the scent started coming through and it is definitely Eucalyptus. I am a fan of Eucalyptus- especially in the shower.  I feel like it makes the best travel soap scent because I swear it boosts my immune system. And it smells like the actual plant. So many scents (I'm thinking Bath and Body Works) will claim a Eucalyptus scent and...not really.

This one is nice. But that black coloring is serious. It will stain your washcloth. It will wash out though.

It does lather very nicely. And rinses very clean. Doesn't dry my skin- much. I wouldn't call it moisturizing.

It really can seem like any other Eucalyptus soap- but I think this one is a little different because the ingredients are better that most other soaps that have the same scent.

It uses Rice Bran Oil instead of Palm or Coconut Oil. Which I think kinda justifies the higher price. It's also more unique because of the prickly pear-which is said to exfoliate. So you get smoother and brighter skin and I would agree with that

Ingredients:

Noche Clara Cactus Soap: Ingredients: oryza sativa (rice) bran oil || cocos nucifera (coconut) oil || aqua (water) || butyrospermum parkii (shea butter) || theobroma cacao (cocoa) seed butter || sodium hydroxide || ricinus communis (castor) seed oil || opuntia ficus-indica (nopal)* || charcoal powder || eucalyptus globulus leaf oil || salvia officinalis (sage) oil

Overall, the scent is not too terribly exciting but if you want a nice Eucalyptus scent in the shower from a unique and minority owned brand- I would say you should try it. But since it's discontinued I'll link some other Eucalyptus soaps I recommend.
