Pre De Provence Jade Vine Bar Soap Review

I think I've had the misfortune of having food poisoning or possibly a stomach bug so I haven't been feeling amazing. I feel a bit better but still nauseous and a bit scared to eat but I'm getting a bit hungry. In the meantime, a post to pass the time.

Pre De Provence:

PrĂ© de Provence Soap Shea Enriched Everyday French Soap Bar - Jade Vine

A herbacious blend of coriander, basil and mint are lit up with sparkling notes of tangerine, lemon and lime. it is warmed and finished with notes of fresh picked flowers and violet leaves.

I had no idea what Jade Vine was prior to this soap. I guess you could say this brand has introduced me to some plants I have never heard of. I don't think the plant has a scent..but they are edible. So I would love to try them one day!

This scent is a blend of a bunch of different things. I don't think it has any particular notes. Very blah citrus, ocean fresh type of scent. Kinda reminds me of Lemon Verbena. I don't particularly like this scent and also don't think it's very memorable.

Everything else about the soap is typical of the brand. It lathers well, doesn't dry, rinses clean.

I bought mine in the little sampler set but I think the prices on the website look pretty fair.

As per most of their soaps- no ingredients posted on the website.

Not one I would purchase again. Now I'm off to forage for foods that don't make my stomach feel queasy.
