I'm gonna start these wiegh-ins again! They really help me as far as weight loss. I never tell my actual weight but I'm trying to lose fifteen pounds by Christmas. Last week I got on the scale and I'm still ten pounds heavier for the original twenty that I lost.
Which isn't THAT bad. I'm just glad that I haven't gained all the weight back. Well, I refuse to gain that weight back. So instead of just getting off the ten I want to lose fifteen. And I want to lose it by Thanksgiving!!!

But as for the update, I've lost two pounds of the fifteen. I think it's completely do-able. I just need to excercise. I might start walking in the morning. Wish me luck!!!
