I've been MIA and not been in the gym or doing weigh ins but today since I had the time on my hands, I decided to go to the gym and workout.
Of course I got on the scale, and discovered I've lost three pounds. So now I only have about six pounds to go until I'm at my goal. Hopefully I can get there by my deadline which is Thanksgiving.
I'll be in the gym tomorrow again trying to go hard!!
