I wasn't sure I was going to like this but to my surprise it was pretty good. I doubled mot of the seasonings for a little more flavor. It was a little different from other soups because you puree it but I didn't mind. Best of all the ingredients are all great for you. And the calorie count is low. If you like vegetable soups you should love it. A plus is that it was pretty easy to make.
