Zucchini Skins

Like potato skins..only the were zucchini skins. They weren't's just they would have tasted much much better on potatoes.

Kudos to me for cooking up the bacon and crumbling it myself.

They're kinda dry looking aren't they? Definitely add more sour cream to the top!!

And nope..I would NOT make this again.
