I've made some pretty weird things but this has got to be one of the weirdest.
But it was next on the list and so I made it.
This time, I used real bacon. No one in my family eats pork except me and my sister. Since no one else was probably going to try it, I just went ahead and used real bacon.
I couldn't find the right type of cheese so I just used Gouda.
Since it was basically zucchini wrapped in cheese and bacon it was actually pretty good but way to tedious and time consuming to make.
I ate them but I wouldn't make them again!
