Banana Nutella Muffins, Tomato Vinaigrette, DIY Frappacino

It's that time again for another food post. They come about so quickly!

Banana Nutella Muffins- The very first thing I have baked this year. I definitely missed baking so I'm glad this recipe came up. I just love a home baked good! And I especially love any type of banana bread. I've made a few different recipes for it. But never Banana Nutella bread which sounds like a combination meant to be. It was pretty easy to whip up. The most difficult thing was dropping the nutella in. I used way less Nutella than the recipe said. I love Nutella but you really don't need much. I thought the recipe might be a little too sweet- but it was fine. I would probably decrease the sugar by a 1/4 cup anyway and use a bit of wheat flour if I were to make it again. Oh...and add nuts. I made about 14 muffins and most of them went in the freezer so pull out as needed. I loved this recipe though....would make again.

Next up Tomato Vinaigrette. I can't wait to be through with the Vitamix Salad dressing recipes. So many of them taste the same. I think overall they all just taste of vinegar. So this was. Nothing mind blowing. A decent edible salad is what it made. But I'm not sure I would make it again. I don't see the exact recipe anywhere online so I can't link it.

And last up...I have been making my own DIY Fraps with this Dunkin' Donuts coffee. The coffee is not that good...but adding a little sugar and a lot of milk makes it taste OK. It doesn't taste like honey nor cinnamon. I like those cold Starbucks Fraps- but they are expensive! So I DIY it. And instead of over 40 grams of sugar I only use 7-8. I also only make about half the jar...so less caffeine which is so much better for me. I think maybe I just don't like Dunkin' coffee. I bought the Sabrina (had no idea who she was at the  time) Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso while I was in the states and it was NASTY. Even with a little extra sugar.

And that's all
