Zucchini Tomato Toss

Another Zucchini-Tomato toss recipe. I did like the other one better but this one is pretty good. It didn't last long either. This isn't the first recipe I've made that had the combo of zucchini, tomatoes, and onions. It's pretty quick and easy and it goes really great with hamburgers, ribs, or any other thing you can barbecue.  And it's pretty healthy.

"Fresh-tasting tomatoes, zucchini, green pepper and onion are seasoned with garlic and parsley in this quick side dish that's served warm. 'This recipe is great for the family that gardens because of the vegetables it uses,' notes Kathy Fielder of Dallas, Texas."
