Raspberry Ricotta Cheesecake

My almond cheesecake was such a success, I thought I would attempt another type of cheesecake. Unfortunately, this one is nowhere near as good as the Almond one. ( I sold one!) It was kinda runny. I figured I would post it anyway.


1 1/2 Cups of Nilla Wafer Crumbs
6 Tablespoons of Butter

3 1/4 Cup Ricotta Cheese
I Cup Heavy Cream
1 Cup Sugar
4 Eggs
4 Tbls. All Purpose Flour
1 Pinch Salt
1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract

I wouldn't make it again...maybe another recipe using half cream cheese and half ricotta cheese.

It looked pretty good though!!
