New Workout Plan!!!

This past year I have put on some pounds...and I am determined to get them off.

I have been working out...twice a week but I don't go hard like I used too....

So I've decided to bribe myself into it.

I have to do at least forty minutes on the elliptical three times a week.

And two workouts of strength training. Which I did yesterday...and my whole body was in PAIN last week. Seriously I could barely walk for a couple days. It was pitiful. And I'm about to go the same thing this week.

So what did I bribe myself with? Each week I complete my goal I plan on buying myself a new polish. Most likely it will be an OPI polish. 

I'm so excited.


I've already ordered the first nail polish!!
