Mmmm...the smell of muffins baking in the morning.
Oh wait, I've never smelled muffins baking in the morning. I'm way too lazy to get up in them morning and bake. I usually do it the night before, like I did with these.
Ya'll know how I like sneaking veggies in with dessert but this recipe just wasn't as good as I was hoping.
Nothing I would make again. I would rather have oatmeal raisin muffins or something.
I mean they weren't terrible...but IDK. I'll try a different recipe next time.
