These are the BEST cookies ever. Or so I have been told. Everyone loves these cookies. They are chewy, peanut buttery, and chocolate. Like heaven on earth. Seriously. I made them like three times already. Only my last batch had issues because I baked it at the wrong temperature so they came out super hard.
But the ones I got right..were amazing. I plan on making them one more time.
I think the secret ingredient is the ground oatmeal. A little extra work but worth it.
I have a little dough left over. Think I might make up another batch.
