A green smoothie is now a regular occurrence in my life. I drink more spinach than Popeye. I'm addicted.
The only problem is there isn't much variety in my smoothies. So when I saw this recipe in Self magazine...I jumped on it.
It has spinach, pears, pistachios, and ginger, and MILK. And I LOVED it. I drank it for two weeks straight. The funny thing is I'm not a fan of ginger but in this case I couldn't get enough.
I don't know if it really helps detox but it sure did taste good.
