I am probably the biggest fan of The Princess and the Frog movie. A couple years back we went to Disneyland Paris and picked up the cookbook.
And I have had intentions of cooking recipes from it-and then just never do. My sister actually made the first beignet I had ever had. And they are delicious. I see why everyone in the movie went crazy for them.
Apparently there is a place in New Orleans called Cafe Du Monde that is famous for them and I plan on going one day but until then these will do.
