Plant Therapy Anti-Age Synergy Essential Oil Blend Review

Could Anti-Age be the fountain of youth? I don't think there is anything wrong with aging- aging is beautiful thing. I just don't want to age prematurely. Around the time I bought this I was using the Cetaphil Face Wash, which was trashing my skin. The texture of my skin changed and became bumpy and I started noticing lines I hadn't before. That's when I noticed Plant Therapy had an anti age synergy. Into the cart it went.

Plant Therapy claims:
Plant Therapy's Anti Age Blend was formulated to help promote youthful, glowing skin while helping avoid the appearance of fine lines, patchy pigmentation and loss of elasticity that can come naturally with age. Anti Age Blend harnesses the power of natural essential oils such as skin-balancing Palmarosa, soothing Copaiba, and skin-smoothing Rose Absolute, as well as Rosalina, Frankincense Carteri, Sandalwood, and Neroli, all amazing oils for healthy skin. Even if we can't turn back the hands of time, using our Anti Age Blend can help support youthful, smooth and healthy skin.

To reduce the effects of aging on your skin, dilute with a carrier oil such as Grapeseed Carrier Oil to 2% and apply to clean skin at night. You can also add a few drops of this synergy to a fragrance-free cream or lotion and massage gently into the skin. For topical use only.

This is one of the more expensive synergies at $20 for 5 ml and $26.95 for 10 ml. Plant Therapy always has sales so I did manage to get it at a discount..I also sprung for the 10 ml bottle as that is the better deal.

The first thing I noticed was the scent.  I had no idea what to expect as I wasn't familiar with most of the oils that were in it. It smells woodsy. I wasn't a fan of the scent at first but it managed to grow on me and I actually really like the scent. It's probably my favorite part of the end of the day when I get massage it into my face and inhale.

When I first got it I was using it as directed-diluted in grape-seed oil and I actually really like it that way.  It looks oily at first but settles into my skin pretty quickly. Lately, I've been using it in a Shea Butter Mix, which I really like.

I didn't notice results overnight-but I wasn't looking for them either. I thought it might help with Acne scaring but to be honest I haven't noticed a change in them. But my skin does appear "healthier" and new scars do heal quicker.

I have also noticed some of the lines I was previously noticing seem to have disappeared. I don't know if it's because I switched cleansers but my skin looks a lot better. I don't notice any new lines, the lines that I did notice seem to have disappeared. I'm happy with the way my skin looks.

Because you only need a few drops I have made quite a few batches and the bottle is still almost full, so a little goes a long way.

Ingredients:

Overall, I love it!  I think it's worth trying, I probably won't need to repurchase for years but I would recommend it!
