For awhile now I've been wanting a high end mascara just to see how they hold up against drugstore makeup. If you've followed my blog you know that I'm almost strickly a drugstore mama. This mascara actually runs about 24 dollars but I got it free with the Macy's Reward Program.
So the picture above is my naked lashes. Their short and fine.
And these are my lashes after Hypnose. Not bad, huh?

I noticed Hypnose has an almost immediate affect on my lashes. One coat does a great job of lengthening and thickening. The brush is your run of the mill brush. And the formula is pretty normal except I noticed it was a bit waxier than any mascara I had used before. This mascara could provide a better curl but other than that it is pretty good. I don't think it's twenty four dollar good and I do think I have used drugstore mascara's that rival its performance for example Lash Blast and Voluminous. There was no smudging, or hard lashes.
It's hard for me to recommend at this price but if you have the money it is worth trying.
