This was my first NYC nail color. Normally I would never go for this color but after borrowing a friend and falling in love I had to have it.
Trust me the picture does not do it justice. This color goes bootyful with brown skin.
It does chip easy though but it only costs .99. And it's color is rather t
hin so I would recommend three coats minimum.
Highly Reccomended.
I probably should have done four coats so it would photograph better.
