Bonne Bell Lip Smacker in Vanilla Bean
So Bonne Bell has jumped on the natural bandwagon with their lip care. I had seen this a while back but never thought to get one until I was gonna choose one from their regular line...then thought why not try the natural one.
Bonnebell Boasts:
Introducing the first- ever, 100% all natural Lip Smacker;. Infused with the perfect blend of Pure Fruit Essence, Olive Oil, Beeswax, Vitamin E and Aloe, it soothes, moisturizes and seals in hydration.
I'll start off with the scent. This smells exactly like Quaker Oats Maple N Brown Sugar Oatmeal. I wouldn't say it's vanilla though..or vanilla bean. It's an ok scent. It's pretty strong also. The problem that I had with this was the grainy texture. When I rub my lips together they feel like they have sugar or something on them. Non-disolvable sugar that it. I hate that. I wouldn't reccomend kissing anyone with this on either. Because of the graininess I can't recommend it. Also it doesn't moisturize very long either. I love that it's all natural though.
Ingredients:
Ricinis Communis (Castor) Oil, Crambe Abyssinica Seed Oil, Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil, Beeswax (Apis Mellifera), Flavor, Copernicia Cerifera (Carnauba) Wax, Psidium Guajava (Guava) Fruit Extract, Aloe Vera (Aloe Barbadensis) Extract, Glycine Soja (Soybean) Lipid, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Helianthus Annus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E), R11-09
So it's a no go. Have you tried any othe other lip balms from the natural line? Are they grainy also?
