I went out over the weekend and had the BEST time ever. I really did. But now my whole body hurts. I feel like I've been in the gym lifting houses and doing a billion squats. I guess I was dancing extra hard. So I've been trying to do anything to make my muscles feel better. Including using Epson Salt baths.
Dr. Teals claims:

I've seen these for years but for some reason never picked one up. I needed a break from buying the Zum soaks because those can get expensive after awhile. Especially since they aren't readily available in my area. So I bought this for $5. Can't beat it!
You get about 3 pounds. Which I've used about three times and I still have enough for almost one more bath.
The first thing I noticed was how strong it its. For some reason I thought it was just scented with essential oils but it's definitely not. The scent is super strong and I'm not really a fan. I've been getting used to it, but the first bath I took with it instead of relaxing I just kept thinking of how strong the scent was and how I wish it wasn't as strong. Especially since I don't actually like the scent.
I did feel energized the next day. And my muscles felt better as well. I just wish it was more immediate.
I just took a bath with it this A.M and fell asleep and I feel marginally better. I'm hoping by tomorrow morning I'm doing a lot better.
It has great ingredients-except the excessive fragrance. It just doesn't have much charcoal or salt so I'm going to say they really don't do much for your skin.
Ingredients:
Epson Salt, Sea Salt, Activated Charcoal Powder, Fragrance, Juniper Oil, Grapefruit Oil.
In conclusion I wouldn't buy this one again because I don't like the scent. I also don't really think the activated charcoal and Hawaiian Lava Salt add much to the bath experience.
Have you tried this brand of bath salts? Do you like Epsom salts? What's your favorite sore muscle cure?
