Zum Bar Lavender Mint Goat Milk Soap Review

I just placed another pretty big order for more of these soaps. I really like them-I just wish I could find somewhere I could buy them locally.

Zum claims:
  • Double your upbeat with a rush of flower power and hints of mint. One of the best duos of all time, but without a tumultuous breakup over creative differences.
    • Essential oils
    • Plant-based, simple ingredients
So scent....it's supposed to be lavender mint but I don't smell any lavender. It mostly smells like a really sweet spearmint. Which is nice. I used to hate mint soaps but these days I really like them. I've tried a couple of the Zum mint blends and I liked them all. My favorite has to be the Clove Mint which doesn't sound that appealing but trust me...it's great!  The Lavender is nice-but I think I would go for the Clove mint blend over this one if I wanted a mint blend again.

The lather is nice. It always bubbles up nicely and rinses off clean. With this bar I find I can skip lotion. Some of the bars are a little drying, I didn't have that problem with this one though.

My biggest problem is these soaps don't seem to last long. Maybe two weeks if I'm lucky. But they are so soft they just seem to melt away.

I love the way it looks. The purple/green swirl is really cool. Some of the bars look a bit boring but this one is super interesting. You don't see these type of bars available commercially.

I love that these are all natural as far as I can tell. They don't list the ingredients completely which I don't really like. But I keep buying them anyway.

Ingredients:
Saponified 100% food grade olive, coconut, palm & castor oils, in a goat's milk base, with essential oils and mineral pigments. Enjoy!

Overall, I like it. Would recommend it if spearmint is your thing or if you like a pick-me-up scent. For myself, I would probably go for the Clove Mint over this one. Even though I did really like it.
