New brand alert! I love trying/discovering new brands. Especially of one of my favorite things to buy...soap! I've seen this brand on the Soap Hope website (they donate funds to help end poverty for women, love purchasing from them! ) but was determined to finish reviewing all of the Zum bars. I'm missing a few but it was way past time to try something new.
A Wild Soap Bar claims:
Blue agave, Agave tequiliana, is best known for its role as the base ingredient of tequila. Blue agave ferment provides powerful hydration in this bar while protecting against environmentastress and rejuvenating the skin. Mexican lime blends with other essential oils for a light fresh scent.
They have the most interesting concepts for soap I have ever seen. They are mostly based on the natural herbs that grow around Texas. Naturally,I want to try them all, but I ordered five to start with. I'm pretty sure everyone is familiar with Agave Syrup. I actually don't use it much, I prefer honey or regular old sugar. But the agave plant also gives you tequila. Fun plant for sure!
Agave is supposed to be really good for your skin-popular brand Biore had a scrub featuring the ingredient, I don't know if they still make it.
The Aztecs are said to have used it to heal wounds, infections, and sores by mixing it with salt. It is also said to refresh, brighten, and soften wrinkles in the skin that come with age or dry skin. This is the first time I have used an ingredient with it and find it very interesting that is is fermented. Especially for the price you pay- I didn't pay more than 6 dollars. I expected it to cost much more!
Anyway..the soap bar itself is decent size at 3.5 ounces. It's a pretty light blue color and smells like a boozy blue tequila drink- in a natural, light way. And I mean light. I really like the scent. I had one other boozy soap- Lush Mr. Punch but I wasn't too impressed with it.
The lather is nice. Rinses clean and all that jazz. I wouldn't say it's drying, but it's not moisturizing either. Most days my skin needed extra moisture.
Ingredients are all natural and I really like the blend of essential oils they used. I might try to mix up lime, clary sage, and Lavender just to see how I like those three. I don't have benzoin.

I really liked this soap..maybe not a repurchase but I'm glad I got to try it!
Random:
I don't know HOW I found this song but it is a scream. Never fails to make me laugh! She was getting down and he couldn't handle all of that. 🤣🤣🤣
But his microphone skills were on point!
