Eden's Garden Jasmine Rollerball Review

Have you seen the Lion King yet? I was so hyped for it I went and saw it on it's first day of release. It is one of my favorite Disney movies. And one of the first movies I had ever seen in the movie theatre. I didn't see it when it was new, but a couple years later when they showed it in theaters for a summer youth program I used to go to. So anyway...I was mega excited. And the whole movie fell completely short for me. I wasn't happy with the animal expressions. Some of the voice acting didn't compare to the original (Whoopi was my favorite as a hyena!). And it is literally the exact some movie, word for word and frame for frame. I haven't seen Aladdin or Dumbo yet. And although I'm still excited for the mermaid remake, I'm kind of tired of the Disney remakes.

Anyway...I'm getting all worked up. So let's about something that calms me down. Or at least is supposed to.

Eden's Garden claims:
magine the soft aroma of Jasmine floating through the air. It’s subtle elegance is regularly used by fancy perfumeries to create signature scents. Now with the roll-on version of Jasmine, you can enjoy the beauty of its aroma with easy application.

An evergreen shrub or vine up to 30 feet high with delicate, bright green leaves and star-shaped very fragrant white flowers.

Pure Jasmine is one of the more costly oils as it takes over 8 million jasmine blossoms to produce just 1 kilo of absolute oil. Each blossom must be carefully harvested by hand so as not to bruise the flower, as bruised flowers will produce unpleasant aroma notes.

Jasmine Roll-On is calming to overworked and tired muscles. It is an oil that ushers in a lightness and can uplift the spirit. It is a well-known aphrodisiac but also helps to dispel fear, guilt and emotional blocks. Additionally, it can be used as a gentle and cooling toner for inflamed skin and helps support a more radiant complexion. Diluted to .70% in Fractionated Coconut Oil.

Jasmine Absolute is one of the pricier oils. Probably one I don't see myself purchasing anytime in the near future due to the cost. The rollerball is slightly more affordable. But still really expensive at $20 for a tiny amount. I didn't buy this for myself. My mom bought it...but didn't like it. So I decided to just use it up because it was sitting unloved.

Although I have to say I don't really like it either. It smells like Jasmine but also slightly off and a bit sour. It's hard to explain. I just don't really like it. But I do use it...although I don't notice any benefits. It's not particularly calming. It just doesn't really do anything. I would probably never buy this again.

I also find that although many companies prefer diluting oils in Fractionated Coconut Oil...it's not my prefered oil because it clogs my pores. I wish they would offer other options.

One thing I do want to mention is the ball quality. It's plastic and I don't think it rolls the product on effectively. I prefer the Plant Therapy metal balls that come in their rollers over these.

Other than that, not much else to say except it's not for me.
