I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Mine was pretty good. I ended up making candied yams. It was my first attempt and they came out really good although I think I used a little too much nutmeg. I also attempted to make cranberry sauce...itcame out way too watery so I'll just drink it as cranberry juice. And I also made King Crab Legs. They were so good. I hate working so hard to get a tiny piece of crab out of the small crabs but there was a lot of meat in those. I was so happy. I'm thinking I'll get more for New Years.....
Anyway...Lip Balm review.
Plant Therapy claims:
(can't find 'em...grr)
I got this as a free promotion for Plant Therapy's birthday. All I had to do was enter in the coupon code when I ordered. I know Plant Therapy has lip balms, but I usually tend to stick to ordering their oils. I do plan to branch out eventually.
Anyway, this lip balm smells exactly like a balm I've used before but I can't quite remember which. It's a very sweet smelling balm...and it does kind of smell like Maple Syrup. I like it, but I think it's a scent I will probably tire of eventually.
As for hydrating, it does an excellent job. I love balms that have Beeswax as I think those work the best for locking in moisture. I also like it doesn't use your typical cheapie oil (Safflower/Sunflower/Corn) and the uses Meadow foam seed oil as the main oil ingredient.
Ingredients:
Meadow Foam Seed Oil, Beeswax, Shea Butter, Polyglycerol-3 Beeswax, Natural Flavor, Vitamin E, Stevia Leaf Extract
Overall, I do really like it and will definitely order some of their other balms once I use my current set of balms up!
