Weleda Citrus 24h Deodorant Roll On

Clearly I don't learn my lesson. I bought the Weleda Sage deodorant not too long ago which ended up being awful. Somehow I convinced myself that the roll on would be better. It's not.

Weleda claims:

A fresh take on your daily essential

Feel fresh all day with this citrus-scented roll-on that actively, yet gently, combats odor with trusted ingredients your body will love.

Plus, it’s dermatologically tested and best for all skin types. It's your typical roll on. Somehow I forgot that I hate roll ons. I think because they go on wet and take forever to dry. If they dry at all. I prefer stick deodorants overall. But for some reason I completely forgot that and bought it anyway. IDK what I'm thinking sometimes.

It has a pleasant enough citrus scent. Almost smells like a Sprite but forgettable. And..not pleasant when mixed with sweat at all. Which is about 30 minutes to an hour after putting on this deodorant. I think it has something in it that makes me sweat more and makes sweat smell more awful than if I applied nothing.

It doesn't work...at all. And it's very expensive. In the US the price is listed at 7.99. I think I paid around six or seven euro for it.

It has cleaner ingredients than your typical drugstore deodorants but still some ingredients I don't really recognize.

Ingredients:

Water, Alcohol, Triethyl Citrate, Glycerine, Limonene, Sodium Caproyl, Laurel Lactylate, Glycrryhiza Glabra L, Witch Hazel Distillate, Acacia Gum, Xanthum Gum, Vitamin C, Phytic Acid, Linalool, Parfum, Citronellol, Geraniol, Citral, Eugenol, Coumarin, Farnesol

In conclusion, it's horrible and I don't recommend it.
