It's definitely fall and pumpkin spice time. Not that I'm a big pumpkin spice person. Do people still hype the Starbucks Pumpkin Spice drink? I don't think I've ever tried it. Not a big Starbucks person. But let's talk about this candle.
I think I've just come to realize I'm not a big fan of sweet/food type of candles. Most of them I've had were just OK and not a repurchase. I think it's because I love baking and rather smell whatever it is in the actual food rather than an imitation of it, if that makes sense. And sweeter candles just don't appeal to me anymore, although I think they did in the past. I think I want more complex scents that are less food like.
Voluspa claims:

But back to this candle...it's not my type of scent. But if you enjoy pumpkin/sweeter candles, this is one I would recommend. It smells less fake than most other versions I have smelled. You get barely any coffee scent, but you do get caramel, some spices like nutmeg and maybe allspice. A hint of cinnamon- which I prefer. I'm not a big fan of cinnamon scents. Possibly even some cream.
The scent also lingers. I have been able to smell the scent in a room even 24 hours after burning. It's definitely on the stronger side but not really overpowering.
The tin of the candle is so cute! I am keeping the tin because it's so cute...I'm not sure what I will store in it yet but I will find something. It does dent kinda easily even though the metal is thicker but that doesn't bother me at all.
It's a coconut wax blend. Not sure if it has any paraffin. But I do like the idea of burning coconut wax vs paraffin since some studies found it harmful.
The list price is $12 but I got mine on sale for around $7. I think it was worth that price.
Overall, a good quality candle but the scent is just not my cup of coffee. When thinking back to all the different pumpkin candles I tried (all 2 of them) I think my preference would be Yankee Candle's Pumpkin Pie scent.
